If you wish, you may request to have your bills averaged over the course of a year and pay a set amount each month. Once a year the account is reconciled to adjust for any over or under payment. You are eligible for this plan once you have been a member for one full year. To remain on the plan, members must pay their bills by the due date every month. Members may join this program in June.
