Todd-Wadena Long Distance is a low-cost long distance calling plan for members and nonmembers of the cooperative. You are billed at 6-second increments - not by the minute like some plans. 

Rates are just 6.9 cents a minute for outstate calls and 8.9 cents a minute for instate calls. Calling cards are also available at just 12 cents a minute. Overseas rates are also competitively priced.
